Cindy Rose, OBE, became Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft’s Global Enterprise division in April 2023. Prior to this, she served as President of Microsoft Western Europe and Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft UK.
Before joining Microsoft, Cindy led Vodafone’s Consumer division, overseeing the expansion of its retail store network from 350 to over 500 stores. Prior to Vodafone, she was Executive Director of Digital Entertainment at Virgin Media.
Earlier in her career, Cindy held several senior roles at The Walt Disney Company, including General Counsel for Disney EMEA and Senior Vice President & Managing Director of the Disney Interactive Media Group.
