Event details
Across 2023 and 2024 the Centre for Responsible Leadership will be hosting Leadership Generations, fireside chats with leaders from different generations who approach a given facet of leadership in unique ways. The series will provide novel insights into alternative leadership approaches that challenge the status quo.
At the Centre we believe leadership can be exercised from anywhere. In our inaugural event, Leading without Formal Authority, Professor Celia Moore will talk to two leaders, Jack Blyzinkskyj and Mary Meaney, who have achieved remarkable results within their communities, all without the crutch of formal authority or the resources to reward.
The discussion will spotlight and unpack the strategies which can be adopted by anyone, anywhere, to influence others around them to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Whether you're a seasoned leader, an emerging leader, or simply passionate about making a difference, the Leadership Generations event series is your gateway to a more responsible and innovative approach to leadership.
