Programme Overview
The Imperial College and Corndel Healthcare Leadership Development Programme is a 14-month programme (including End Point Assessment), designed for senior leaders within the NHS. It aims to develop essential leadership and system-thinking skills necessary for driving organisational change and enhancing healthcare delivery.
Please note that our application process is geared towards organisations rather than individuals. We recommend connecting with your HR or L&D lead to explore how the apprenticeship levy can be used to enrol in this programme as part of a cohort.

Our programme is tailored for ambitious clinical and non-clinical leaders aiming to develop the strategic and systems-thinking skills needed to drive and navigate organisational change, enhance the patient experience, and influence healthcare delivery on a broader scale.
