Programme Overview
The Imperial College and Corndel Strategic People Professional Programme is a 14-month programme (including End Point Assessment), designed for senior leaders specialising in HR, Learning & Development, or Organisational Development. It aims to develop the essential leadership skills and expertise needed to address the strategic priorities that drive organisational performance.
Please note that our application process is geared towards organisations rather than individuals. We recommend connecting with your HR or L&D lead to explore how the apprenticeship levy can be used to enrol in this programme as part of a cohort.
