Programme Information
You will receive this information in your joining instructions. As soon as you apply on the programme, and get accepted, you will receive immediate access to our app where you will find information on the venue, how to get there etc.
Arrive by 8:30am with a prompt start at 9am, 2 sessions in the morning including a coffee break, then participants will be provided with lunch and another 2 sessions in the afternoon with a coffee break. The course usually ends at 5pm.
Yes, 2 coffee breaks and a lunch, and usually 1 evening will be organised with networking drinks giving you an opportunity to spend time talking to other participants on the programme.
As soon as you apply on the programme, and get accepted, you will receive immediate access to our app where you will find information on the venue, how to get there etc. We will send the joining instructions 2 weeks before the programme starts, this will include access to the Imperial College Hub and any pre-work that needs to be completed for the programme
Most of our courses run from 9am to 5pm however there might be exceptions to this. Please refer to the sample timetable for an idea of how the programme will be structured. You will receive more detailed information in your joining instructions.
Yes, we recommend you attend every session to get the most from the programme. If you do not attend 100% of the programme, you will not receive your certificate of completion. If you have any issues around this, speak to the Programme Director.

Payment and Cancellation Information
We accept credit cards as well as bank transfers. If you are paying by bank transfer or are being sponsored, we will send you an invoice to the billing contact nominated as your executive sponsor. Payments terms are normally 30 days upon receipt of invoice. If you are paying via credit card you will receive a link to make payment via email once your application is approved.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to execed-info@imperial.ac.uk and will only be effective from the date of receipt. Cancellations received more than 42 days prior to the commencement of the programme will be subject to a £500 administrations fee. Cancellations received after that time will be subject to the following penalties:
- 0 – 14 days 100% of the programme fee.
- 15 – 28 days 50% of the programme fee
- 42 days 25% of the programme fee
If a candidate does not attend, the full fee will be retained as a cancellation charge. Please note that no part of the fee will be refunded or used towards payment for another programme in the event a participant only partially attends the programme. In the unlikely event that we cancel a programme, participants will be entitled to a full refund. Full term and conditions are available on our website here.
