Within Citi, Tania assumes global responsibility for the marketing and communication of TTS’ Innovation Labs and Digital Client Advisory activities. In addition, she drives programmes in support of Citi’s digital money agenda. This has resulted in Citi’s Digital Money Index and Research and the Digital Money Symposium – all done in partnership with Imperial College London. As well as being on the Management Committee for the Centre for Responsible Leadership, Tania is also on the Management Committee of Imperial’s Centre for Global Finance and Technology which was launched in 2016 and for which Citi is the founding partner.
Prior to her current role, Tania was the Marketing Director within Citi’s Digital Strategy Group where she was responsible for the articulation and implementation of Citi’s Vision for Digital. Additional senior roles at Citi have included Marketing Head for EMEA’s Transaction Services Business and Global Head of Securities and Fund Services Marketing – where Tania spent five years in New York.
Before joining Citi, Tania was a Business Development Manager at Deloitte & Touche, where she worked with Partners to help secure new retained relationships for the Middle Market Group. She has also worked at Fidelity and AIA Worldwide, a high growth branding agency.
Tania is an alumnus of Citi’s Developing Talent Program, has a degree from Oxford Brookes University and was educated in East Sussex, England.
She is married with two children and benefits from Citi’s flexible working policy by currently working three days a week.
