A team of Ukrainian students from Imperial College Business School and members of Imperial staff, including Professor Celia Moore, Co-director of the Centre for Responsible Leadership, have created a toolkit of practical advice on managing the arrival and resettlement of Ukrainian people in France.
The toolkit – Solidarity Ukraine: A Guide to Welcoming Ukrainian Displaced People – provides sound and practical advice for community leaders.
Working with French charity Solidarité Ukraine, the team helped capture what a community in northern France, has achieved since early March in resettling Ukrainian refugees – so other communities can benefit from its valuable experience.
The charity is led by Imperial College Business School Advisory Board and Imperial Council member Mary Meaney who has been at the forefront of efforts in Saint-Omer, around 40 miles from Lille.
