Paying your fees

Full information on how to pay your fees will be communicated after you have accepted your offer. To secure your place, a deposit of 10% of the tuition fee is required. This is part of the full tuition fee and not an additional cost.

Fees do not cover accommodation and expenses, costs incurred as part of optional internships or exchanges, supplementary texts and study materials, Careers Club membership (£10 per club for the year).

Making your payment

You can pay your tuition fees in one instalment in August or, if you are self-funding, in two instalments in August and February.

Receiving your invoice

You will receive an email invoice from the Tuition Fees team within five days of accepting your offer and will need to pay the deposit within 30 days of receiving this invoice. Failure to pay this in time may result in your offer being withdrawn.

The fees for both UK and international students are the same.

1 Deposit: The non-refundable confirmation deposit counts towards the cost of the programme.

If you are a UK or EU student who meets certain criteria, you can apply for the  Postgraduate Master's Loan from the UK government. See the gov.uk website for more information.

If you are offered an Imperial College Business School scholarship and are subsequently offered a larger award by us, the larger one would supersede the first award and would not be in addition to it. Scholarships awarded by Imperial College Business School are in the form of a reduction of the tuition fee. Therefore, if you receive another scholarship that pays the full tuition fee directly to the College, you cannot also receive a scholarship from the Business School.
