In July we kicked off this year's edition of our programme with our Hero Fincorp partners, based in India. Focusing on 'Strategic Decision Making and Innovation', we were able to welcome our cohort to South Kensington campus. They were such a bright and engaged group of people, the programme worked really well and there were some excellent moments across the week.
These programmes are part of a specially curated journey to develop the potential of selected candidates participating in the leadership programmes in their respective organisations, to prepare them for future senior leadership roles.
The cohorts each undergo rigorous classroom and practical 'on-the-job' training to hone their competencies, gain cross-functional exposure and be 'future ready' for critical leadership positions.
Concentrating on but not limited to, leading teams, design thinking, strategy during uncertain times, strategic management, digital marketing, data analytics, and innovation strategy, the focus of the programme is to give participants a practical yet theoretically grounded collection of tools they can use to be an effective manager and developer of people.
The cohort were a great bunch of people! Fully engaged throughout, we are very much looking forward to watching how they develop through their programmes.
