At Imperial we have a policy of advertising careers fairs to all year groups. We encourage students to participate in fairs to gain general information about companies to help with making career decisions. Careers Fairs are promoted from the start of the academic year via our website with additional event details published through:

• News pages on our website
• Our online careers calendar
• Emails to students
• Emails through academics and departments
• Online publications such as the Careers Services Guide

If you would like to draw particular attention to your company/organisation participation in a fair you might like to consider sending a targeted email prior to the event. 

We would also recommend that you ensure your company/organisation details, and any live vacancies, are displayed via JobsLive.
