Strategise.   Script.   Survive.
A cooperative programming game where playes write scripts to control their character.

Purpose
sudden_dev​ is designed as a casual programming activity fit for both educational and recreational use.
It provides a fun, visual environment to practice Python scripting, A.I.programming, and iterative development.

Use
The game is meant to be played either in a high-school classroom, lecture tutorial session, or with a handful of coding buddies on a lazy afternoon.

The Game
Create a team of up to 3 friends and work together to protect the core from waves of shadowy triangles.
Evade and attack enemies, collect powerups, and implement nifty team tactics with virtual messaging between characters.
Teams can join a private online room where they can edit their scripts, see each other’s code, test and debug individually and then, when everyone is ready, play rounds of the game in unison.
Each wave is harder than the last, so players must strategise together and observe enemy behavior to refine their scripts and defeat challenging opponents.
