The Musculoskeletal Lab (MSk Lab) is a section within Surgery aiming to improve the clinical outcomes of patients undergoing joint replacement surgery whilst also pioneering in improved surgical training. The Centre for Blast Injury Studies (CBIS) has academics from several Faculties, including Engineering, Natural Sciences and Medicine. Professor Alison McGregor, from the MSk Lab, is an active member of the Centre and has collaborated on several successful grants with CBIS and also supervises PhD students within the Centre.
