Internal, local and national calls can be made from all Imperial phones (including phones in halls of residence) for free.

All other calls are chargeable. For more information read the telephone call rates tariff [PDF].

Your phone may be restricted due to your class of service. You will either have local, national or international call permissions from your extension.  To find out what call permissions you have, log in to the telephony self-service service tool. To change your call permissions, contact your Telecoms Representative.

If you are in Halls of Residence, to make chargeable calls you will require a phone card. We recommend the Post Office’s phone card.
