These pages have all you need to understand the opportunities available to you to evolve your career within ICT. The frameworks have been developed with you in mind, and in close consultation with colleagues and the ICT Leadership Team.
They can be used as an interactive tool for both you and your manager, using the frameworks to support your ARC conversations but also give you a flavour of the variety of roles we have and stir up some curiosity.
I'm delighted to share our ICT Career Pathways initiative. Our ambition is for the frameworks to be an enabler outlining the behaviours and skills required to help you succeed and support your career goals. Jenny Rae Chief Information Officer (CIO)
