Accessing ICIS
There are a number of different ways to login to ICIS depending on what functionality you require.
- Log in to ICIS – use this log in to access all ICIS functionality. You must be connected to the wired College network (plugged in using an ethernet cable). This is because ICIS is used to store HR and Finance information and accessing it through a wired connection is the most secure method.
- Log in to ICIS remotely – If you are working remotely, and require full access to ICIS, you can log in using the application ‘secure access’.
- Log in to ICIS Self Service – use this log in to access ICIS Self Service, this includes: payslips, expenses, personal details and training (accessible by all College staff and from any device that has a network connection).

Features of ICIS
Once you have logged in to ICIS, you will need to add modules and access Java forms. You may also need to add a contract or 'contingent' worker or run some reports. For more information on this, use the links below.
