The Report2Web (R2W) application allows the Grants month-end reports to be published and accessed via a web browser. As soon as the reports are published, you will be sent an email to advise that your reports are ready for viewing.
Apply for access to Reports2Web
- Decide on the projects you need access to.
- Email grants.admin@imperial.ac.uk asking for access to R2W and listing the projects.
Once approval has been received from your department, access will be granted and you will receive an email notifying you that you have been given access to the system.
Login to Report2Web
- Go to Report2Web.
- Enter your College username and password and click Sign in.
View reports
Once logged in you will see the welcome webpage. On the left-hand side you will see folders, organised via Faculty and these folders can be expanded by clicking on the + sign.
The structure of the folders beneath the Faculty level are by Cost Centre and then individual projects. To view a project, click on the relevant number and the reports will be displayed in PDF format.
Print reports
- Open your report.
- Click on the Printer icon on the toolbar.
