At Imperial, we offer several different options for where you can save your files and collaborate with others.

For your personal files, we recommend saving them to OneDrive for Business. The H: Drive (Home Directory) is a legacy system, and doesn't offer the flexibility of using OneDrive for Business and the Office 365 package. 

For collaboration within teams or groups, we recommend you use Microsoft Teams where users can work on documents together and have a shared file repository. We also offer shared group file spaces for staff departments and Box for researchers. 

If you're needing to save large volumes of information, use the Research Data store. 

If you need to store sensitive data, please contact the ICT helpdesk who will recommend the best option depending on your requirements.
