Monthly Childcare Fees
Having accepted a place and agreed on the days your child will attend Early Years, payments are made monthly. We cannot make deductions in fees for a child's absence based on illness or holidays.
The below fees come into effect from 1st August 2025:

Universal 15 Free Hours Scheme
The Imperial EYEC is signed up to the government 15 free hours scheme, this means that all 3- and 4-year olds children are entitled to the free universal 15 free hours. The grant is paid termly however we stretch this offer across 12 months.

We will contact the parents near the time when their child is eligible for 15 hours and ask the parents to complete the parent declaration form. We will apply the 15 free hours funding on behalf of the parents.

Government funding is only intended to cover the delivery of basic childcare.
Imperial EYEC delivers enhanced and outstanding care and education.
Our enhanced inclusive offer includes the following:
Full daily attendance according to scheduled days available 8.45a.m-5.15pm
Freshly prepared and cooked by our own in-house chef, nutritious balanced meals and drinks, snacks, lunch and tea.
Fully qualified Early Years Educators with specialist training.
Provision of enhanced delivery of the Statutory Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) incorporating the Froebelian approach to learning and education.
Inclusion of all consumables including art, craft, woodwork, cookery ingredients, sunscreen, toothpaste, toothbrushes for children aged 2 years and above.
Inclusion of enhanced cultural experiences and celebrations, seasonal celebrations, music & movement, dance, sensory room, library, gardening, yoga, Secret Garden, & forest school outdoor experiences.

Registration Fees
A registration fee applies for when making an application for a place at Early Years. All registration fees are non-refundable, even if you decide not to accept a place offered to your child.

Deposit
A deposit equivalent to a month's fees per child (pro-rate of the full-time fee for part-time places) will be payable on accepting a place for your child. This deposit must be paid at least one month before the child is due to start at Early Years and is non-refundable if you subsequently change your mind about taking the place. Once your child has started at Early Years, the deposit will be refunded if full written notice is given two month before the child's leaving date and all nursery fees are paid in full.
