The Chairs of the 39th International Electric Propulsion Conference are pleased to announce that the UKSA will sponsor 10 UK-based students to attend the conference through the UKSA Student Participation Sponsorship award.
Each selected student will receive a free registration ticket to attend IEPC 2025, taking place 14–19 September at Imperial College London.
Eligibility
To apply for the UKSA Student Participation Sponsorship, applicants must:
- Be enrolled (undergraduate, postgraduate, or PhD) at a higher education institution in the United Kingdom at the time of conference;
- Be of any nationality;
- Demonstrate motivation to attend the conference and explain how participation will benefit their academic and professional development;
- Not be receiving a registration waiver from another source for IEPC 2025.
Important Notes
- Applicants do not need to be presenting at the conference to be eligible.
- Travel and accommodation expenses are not covered by this sponsorship.
- Sponsored students will be provided with a free registration code upon selection.
