I'm here to offer confidential support for anything affecting your well-being, whether academic or personal. If I can't help directly, I'll guide you to the right services or staff.

Out-of-hours support

  • Safe Spaces: offers confidential support for mental health, staff inclusion, safety investigations, and raising concerns
  • Samaritans: for people experiencing high levels of distress including suicidal feelings. Call 116 123 or email jo@samaritans.org. This service is 24 hours.
