Speaker Bio
Oli Bage is Head of Enterprise Data Strategy & Architecture at Morgan Stanley, leading enterprise data architecture, data governance and data strategy programs that span the Firm.
Oli leads projects to develop cross-function data strategies for quality, consistency, timeliness, authority, dictionaries, lineage, metadata, semantics, linked data, knowledge graphs, large scale analytics and GDPR. He has led the build of an enterprise logical model that may be the world’s largest single data model.
Oli works closely with Morgan Stanley's Technology Business Development team to partner with start-ups on the next generation of enterprise technologies, particularly in the data space. He chairs the Institutional & Corporate Architecture group, and represents Technology on the Firm's Data Governance Committee.
Oli holds an MA in Computer Science from Cambridge University, where he is a sponsor of their Technology For Good Causes initiative. Oli runs a Code Club at his local primary school and is a fundraiser for Community Links.
