Limber up and let loose on the Queen’s Lawn for National Fitness Day. 

Come along to these free lunchtime sessions run by Sport Imperial. At 12.00–13.00 we have Legs, Bums and Tums, a class that develops core strength as your abdominal and back extensors work to stabilise your body in each position and give you a sleeker, more toned lower body.

Or come along between 13.00–14.00 and enjoy a fantastic dynamic full body stretch and deep core workout in our Pilates class which hones in on postural muscle groups and develops overall toning.
