This Forum will provide an opportunity for young researchers involved in construction materials to present their work and exchange ideas in a friendly and supportive environment. It is specifically aimed at PhD students, early career Post-Doctoral researchers and new appointees in industry. We aim to make this a low-cost enjoyable event that showcases exciting and innovative research.
The Forum will also give a unique overview of ongoing UK university research on construction materials and will provide extensive opportunities for meeting people working at other institutions in this field, informal discussion, social interaction and networking.
For more information and if you would like to attend please contact Dr Veronica Ferrandiz (v.ferrandiz@imperial.ac.uk) before the 25th March.
The meeting is being organised and hosted by the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Imperial College London and is promoted by the Cementitios Materials Group of The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, The Institute of Concrete Technology and The Mineralogical Society.
