Don’t let a crisis go to waste! Maximising value in an environment of constrained resources
A crisis tends to focus minds on ways to cut costs, on performance and on the efficiency of operations. How can you manage change and maximise value under major resource pressures? Are you focusing on the right things? How can you achieve effectiveness in such a challenging environment?
These Public Sector Special Interest Group events bring together alumni and guests from across the Public Sector. They are designed to help participants share concerns, experience and best practice, gain insights and learn from speakers and each other: a network where those working in the Public Sector, or with an interest in the Public Sector, can help each other to overcome challenges and achieve performance.
Scott Logan, Partner at PwC, will share with the group his thoughts and management approaches (and challenges) for managing under resource constraints. He has strong experience of Government contracts, both as a client side adviser and as a supplier.
Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences, thoughts and challenges and to participate in an active discussion.
