BT Fast Track Leadership Programme
Are you a high achiever both academically and in your career to date? Have you had previous experience of working in a commercially oriented role with management responsibility? Are you ambitious, looking for new challenges, and broader exposure?
The BT’s Fast Track Leadership programme is designed to help individuals progress in their career and has already helped some of our current leaders achieve their potential. Through a structured 3 year programme, we will give you the opportunity to accelerate your career so that by the end you will have developed the capabilities to assume a senior management and leadership role in our business.
During the programme we will give you the chance to work across a large and diverse organisation, implementing change, leading business and customer units and delivering performance improvement.
You will receive the opportunity to work closely with senior management and key influencers and build up an invaluable personal network. You will lead substantial teams and help shape our business in the UK and beyond.
