- The panel discussion will be chaired by the Provost, Prof Ian Walmsley, and features three prominent academic women who are visiting academics to the College, having been recruited through the Provost’s Visiting Professor Scheme:
- Professor Alessandra Luati, Mathematics
- Professor Julie Makani, Haematology and Sickle Cell Disease
- Professor Priscilla Reddy, Public Health and EDI
Professors Luati, Makani and Reddy will share their career stories, outlining their experiences in forging highly successful careers as women in academia in different parts of the world. The discussion will then be open to questions. This event is an excellent opportunity to hear diverse perspectives from professors of international renown, who will explore the differences and commonalities of their experiences.
