World Menopause Day

This session is open to all women who are already on the peri-menopause to post-menopause journey or for women who would like to understand a little more about the menopause in preparation. This session will focus specifically on cooling hot flushes and night sweats. In this Restorative Yoga session, the poses are specifically tailored and adapted to alleviate menopausal symptoms and are strategies that you can take away to support you during your menopausal journey.  Beginners to yoga are welcome as there will be plenty of options to adapt and adjust to suit everyone.
