Title: Superconducting spintronics: a theoretical perspective

Abstract: Superconducting spintronics offers the prospect of merging the unique properties of superconductors with spin-based electronic phenomena. In this talk, I will give an overview of recent theoretical advancements in this field, as well as discuss some promising research directions [1]. In particular, I will discuss time-dependent effects and why I believe they can play an important role in the development of novel applications.
