Women at Imperial Week

By the end of this session you will have learnt how to engage your pelvic floor muscles through a complementary blend of targeted Yoga and Pilates movements.  You will then be able to select  your favourite movements for your own tailored home practice that will strengthen your pelvic floor with consistent practice and help to alleviate issues that you may have experienced.

To gain full benefit from this class we ask that you are used to doing some form of exercise.
