The purpose of the drop-in sessions is to provide departmental timetablers and administrators with the opportunity to familiarise with the new teaching request template (TRT) used for collecting timetabling data. Users can easily download the template from CELCAT Live, add or edit timetabling data to create NEW events, and then send it to CTSO for import into CELCAT.
The session will cover the differences between the TRT timetable selection, the blank template, and the central rooms allocation template, with a focus on guidance for completing the file. There will also be time for FAQs.
