Graduation Day Schedule

The next Commemoration Day ceremonies will be held on Wednesday 16 October 2024.

There are three ceremonies on the day. Prior to the Royal Albert Hall ceremony, graduands will need to complete on-the-day registration, collect their gown and they may visit photography. 

Before each ceremony, there will be Departmental Receptions on the South Kensington Campus, consisting of light refreshments, for graduands, guests and Faculty members to continue the celebrations. 

Exact timings will be confirmed shortly, but graduands usually arrive on the day from 07.45 to begin registration for the first ceremonies which begin at 12.00.  Graduands will then need to ensure that they return their academic dress by 22.30.
