Learn the fundamentals of climate change in just 3 hours through this interactive workshop!

Understanding the problem is the first step toward taking action. Climate Fresk is a scientific and collaborative workshop that empowers participants to grasp and share climate change's causes and consequences through an interactive card game, drawing from the latest IPCC report. Whether you're new to the topic or already knowledgeable, this workshop welcomes everyone — beginners will grasp the basics while experts can deepen their understanding and refine their climate communication skills.

What are Climate Fresks?

The Climate Fresk NGO has been working since 2018 to bring climate education to people and organizations worldwide. Through their engaging workshop format, they enable a rapid understanding of climate challenges and inspire collective action. Since its inception, their workshops have reached over 1.7 million participants across 162 countries and are offered in more than 45 languages

Participants learn about climate change by exploring cards and discovering their connections. They then get creative by illustrating their "Fresk" to reinforce their understanding. The third stage creates space for sharing emotions, followed by a final discussion where participants explore both individual and collective climate actions.

At Imperial, Climate Fresk workshops are key to our sustainability education goals, and we have a team of over 90 trained facilitators who run workshops on campus.
