We are pleased to be able to offer you a great range of perks that help you save time and money. Perks at Work is an exclusive employee pricing platform allowing you to save money on both the big and little purchases. So whether you are buying food, updating your wardrobe or planning a trip, the platform offers exclusive savings or WOWPoints earning on almost all brands.

You can also invite up to ten members of your family or friends to enjoy these exclusive savings too. Simply log into Perks at Work, click on My Account and then select Invite A Friend.

Alongside our exclusive Perks at Work portal, there are also discounts we have agreed locally with a number of external organisations. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the details posted from our locally-agreed external organisations are correct, you should always check with the supplier before taking up a benefit.

New to Perks at Work?

A 'How to Get the Most Out of Perks at Work' session is run by Perks at Work monthly on their Community Online Academy. The team of experts provide a demo of the platform giving you tips and tricks on using the platform. See past videos or sign up to the next live session (at the bottom of the page).

What are WOWPoints?

WOWPoints are a unique online currency that you can earn when you shop via Perks at Work. Every WOWPoint you earn is worth 1p, so 100 WOWPoints = £1. Browse 1,000s of WOWPoints offers from top merchantsand earn cashback rewards on your purchases. When you earn WOWPoints, you can redeem them on future purchases and save even more.

Community Online Academy (COA)

We recognise the challenges that come with managing work, family and life while maintaining health and wellbeing. Perks at Work have created the Community Online Academy (COA) for employees and their families to be able to allow time for self-development and learning, at no extra cost. Log into Perks at Work via single sign-on and navigate to the COA pages to view all available classes.

Every Thursday, COA hosts live virtual classes focused on learning and health & wellness – with a special track just for kids. Example kids’ classes include: Hip Hop Dance, Basketball ball handling, Becoming a YouTuber, Coding, and more. If you are unable to attend the live sessions, all videos are uploaded to the videohub for access to suit your schedule.

If you’d like to invite a family member or friend to join a class with you, you can invite them. They just need a Perks at Work account and then can sigh up for classes.

In-store and online

With discounts and WOWPoint earnings available on shopping cards and e-codes for over 75 high street and online stores, including Curry’s, ASOS, Tesco and more, you can save on a number of purchases. Many of the Shopping Cards can be reloaded via the Imperial Perks' portal at any time, and some can be used online to double your savings with existing online offers. Online-only offers include ongoing discounts for services such as HelloFresh meal-kit delivery.

Simply order your cards via Imperial Perks and they will dispatch them by First Class post within two business days (recorded and insured postage are also available). There are no card processing fees when paying with WOWPoints or by Debit Card. Secure checkout with 256-bit SSL encryption means that your card details are safe.

Use instant e-codes for even faster savings: choose the exact amount you want, then buy in two clicks and find the code in your purchase history straight away. You can use the same code multiple times until you've spent the whole value.

CinemaPerks is the dedicated cinema tickets channel for Perks at Work, giving you access to substantially reduced cinema ticket prices. They are also a great way to easily redeem your WOWPoints. Choose from a wide range of cinemas, including Cineworld, Odeon, Vue, and more!

Or download the Perks at Work Cinema app by searching 'Cinema - Perks at Work' on the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you log in via College single sign-on, just enter your username and click ‘forgot password’, then update your password. Use this new password when logging into the app. Your College single sign-on details remain the same. Buy directly through the app for super-quick purchasing.

How do I use an E-code?

E-codes are available immediately after purchase, allowing you to save up to 55% on your cinema ticket in the blink of an eye. E-codes can be taken straight to the cinema and used as payment for your film, and are available at Cineworld, Odeon and VUE.

How are discounts calculated?

Discounts are based against standard box office/peak rate prices in the UK, i.e. after 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday - Friday, all day Saturday & Sunday (unless otherwise stated). For Bank Holidays, weekend prices apply. Discounts may be considerably less when vouchers are used at off peak times: i.e. before 5 p.m. Monday and Wednesday - Friday (unless otherwise stated) or where discounts are applied at weekends or other discounted times determined by the individual cinema chain. Specific local cinema offers could occasionally negate the discount.

Please always check specific cinema prices prior to purchasing your tickets through Perks at Work.

Family fun

Thanks to Merlin Entertainments, you can now enjoy unique, memorable and rewarding visitor experiences at any of the attractions available on Perks at Work. What’s more, as a member of Imperial College staff, you get access to exclusive pricing too.

In addition to the major theme parks, Perks at Work have also launched London attractions. So whether you are looking for a thrill or a family day out, make sure you purchase through Imperial Perks to save up to 50% on your tickets.

Theme Parks include Alton Towers, Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe Park. Other attractions such as Blackpool Tower, Coca Cola London Eye, and Sea Life Aquarium are also available.

Integrated Expedia Flights

To help you save time and money, flights have also been added into ONECart. With ONECart you can book directly on site, making booking easier and keeping all your information in one place.

Earning WOWPoints in store

You can now earn WOWPoints in‑store when you shop with your normal credit or debit card.

Register a credit or debit card to your Perks at Work account
Select the retailers for which you would like to activate the offers
Make a purchase In-Store with the registered card at one of your selected retailers

We will award you with WOWPoints in your Imperial Perks account within 3-7 days after you make the purchase.

The cost of purchases made by College staff or their friends/family via Perks at Work will be incurred personally by the purchaser only, including the purchase of office-related equipment.

For purchases approved by the College and made through College systems, please refer to the College’s Policy on Purchasing, updated to incorporate guidance on purchasing for long-term home working.
