In order to submit a DBS application for a statutory level of check, as an employer we must first ensure that the job role is eligible for the level of check we request and we have a legal responsibility to do this.
Our guidance will support you in determining whether a statutory DBS check is eligible for an Imperial College role and in identifying what level of check is appropriate. The Staff Compliance team will be happy to provide any additional advice or to answer your questions.
