Imperial Lates: Future Food
The Cebola team spiced up the Imperial Lates: Food event, adding a dash of genetics to the flavor palette with their "Supertaster" test. As they unfolded the genetic mysteries behind taste perception, participants savored discussions and uncovered their unique flavor profiles. It was a genetic feast where 51 brave souls faced the PTC challenge but tasted just paper, 131 embraced the bitterness, and 80 declared Thiourea's flavor as "very strong." In the world of genetics and gastronomy, it's clear that even our taste buds have their own unique recipe. It was an event where science left no palate unexplored, proving once again that genetics is the secret sauce in the recipe of life.
