Materials
A course pack will be distributed at registration and will provide you with all the information you will need during the course.
Passports and visas
Depending on your nationality, a visa may be required for entry into the UK. If a visa is required, participants are responsible for obtaining the required valid travel documents. Please allow sufficient time for the process to be completed.
We advise all participants to contact their local British Embassy for up to date information on passport and visa requirements. We are happy to issue an invitation letter on request after receiving full payment.
Accomodation
The course fee does not include accommodation. We recommend that participants arrange accommodation after they have been accepted on the course. We reserve single en-suite rooms with the Imperial College accommodation service who provide great value bed and breakfast accommodation in the brand new residence, Woodward Buildings, in North Acton (£60 per night). Alternatively, the Imperial College accomodation service can also provide hotel suggestions.
Free WiFi
Free wireless internet is available during the course and instructions on how to register for a guest account will be provided on the first day.
Certificate of attendance
Certificates are provided after the last session on the last day of the course.
