Avik Datta is a developer and data engineer with extensive experience in large scale genomic data processing. Previously, he was part of the data coordination team at EMBL-EBI, contributing to large consortium-driven projects and developing scalable solutions for efficient genomic dataset processing. Since March 2017, he has been a key member of the NIHR Imperial BRC Genomics Facility, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining production data analysis pipelines.
