Microsoft Dynamics: MS Dynamics is a CRM system that institutes and departments across Imperial College London use for email distribution of newsletters to our subscribers. Dynamics data is not shared with Microsoft for this purpose. MS Dynamics data is stored in the United Kingdom. 

3.2. Academic and Research Partners: When necessary for academic programs, research, or event collaborations. 

3.3. Legal Requirements: To comply with legal requests and regulations.
