Fellowships in research

Our fellows are a vital part of the MSRH research community. We offer support for fellowship positions at various career stages. If you're new to fellowship schemes or funding opportunities, please reach out with any queries by emailing us at chemfellowships@imperial.ac.uk.

UKRI	Future Leaders Fellowships (FLF)	Up to 7 years	ECR / innovator looking to establish or transition to independence	Yes. Applications progress via a College process. Full details here (deadline 3rd March).
UKRI (BBSRC)	Discovery Fellowships	Up to 3 years	ECR/RTP looking to carry out independent research in a host lab	Yes. Apply via Route 2 (March deadline) outlined under 'How to Apply'
Wellcome Trust	Early Career Awards	Up to 5 years	PhD + up to 3 years additional research experience.	Yes. Apply via Route 2 outlined under 'How to Apply'
Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC)	Postdoctoral Fellowships	Up to 3 years	PhD and have not received significant funding	Yes; however, this funding opportunity is currently closed
