Open days

Our departmental open days are mostly targeted at offer-holders. Information regarding upcoming Open Days will be updated below in due time. 

For those who are yet to apply, the College organises Open Days every June and September, including Mathematics Department sessions. Pre-registration is essential - please visit Undergraduate Open days for dates and registration information.

If you achieved our offer

If your results meet or exceed your offer you do not need to contact us. You should ensure that UCAS has your correct correspondence and email addresses as the College will use these to communicate with you to send out registration and other information. General information will also be posted for new students on the main page of the Undergraduate section of the Mathematics website in September.

Please note that results for A-levels, Scottish Highers and IB are automatically imported into UCAS. Students taking other qualifications will need to notify Imperial of their results directly, by sending official documentation e.g. transcripts. If you did not achieve our offer

If you do not meet the conditions of your offer, you will receive our decision via UCAS as soon as possible. Please note that this decision is final.

In some cases, a decision may not be made until the end of August whilst we gather the outcomes from all firm and insurance candidates to establish student numbers. Please try not to call us unless you have vital information to impart - or if you would like to be released from your offer so that you can take up a place elsewhere. Applicants should be aware that anyone who has not met the requirements of their offer is very unlikely to be be accepted onto one of our programmes.

Candidates taking IB, FB, EB, Apolytirion, and other international qualifications:  although your results are available earlier than August, if you do not achieve our offer, in most cases, you will also need to wait until mid-late August for a decision.
