There is currently a problem saving PDFs using Adobe X

There is currently a problem saving PDF files using the save button in ScienceDirect, it is related to using Adobe X.

If you are unable to use the save button please try the workaround below:

  • Return to the abstract page, right click on the PDF link and select save target as to download the article.
  • If you are browsing using Firefox, right click on the PDF link and select save link as. 

You can also right click at the results page to download your article.
