You can now contact us using ASK the Library, our new enquiry management system

Whatever your question or comment about library services you can now contact us using ASK the Library, our new enquiry management system.

Just click on the ASK the Library link from the Library website, and choose Ask a question. Log in with your College username and password so that we know who you are and can pass your question to the most appropriate person to answer it.

Over time this will allow us to build up a picture of what you need help with and how we can improve services for you.

We are part of a consortium of departments using the service and are working with ICT and the Student Hub to develop the ASK Imperial environment.
