The discipline areas studies at Imperial College tend be heavily timetabled and require students early on to develop good time management skills in order to cope with heavy workloads. All subjects are examined as well as assessed by course work which in many cases attempts to mirror industry related scenarios. Assessed projects are likely to be based around both individual work and teamwork. Students of all disciplines are encouraged to develop good verbal and written communication including presentation skills through their course work.
