Congratulation to Dr Ed Tate, Reader in Chemical Biology who has been awarded the 2012 Wain Medal Lecture.
Dr Ed Tate has been awarded the 2012 Wain Medal Lecture - a prize given to an outstanding young scientist in the Biochemistry area. The prize consists of a silver medal and £1000. The Wain award is provided by the Wain family in memory of the late Professor Louis Wain CBE, FRS, an outstanding scientist in the agrochemical area.
Dr Tate's Wain Medal Lecture, entitled “Using chemistry to target protein modification in disease”, will take place on Monday 22nd October at 6.00 p.m. in the Woolf College Lecture Theatre at the University of Kent.
