Information, skills and networking event for disabled students.
Access to Employment - hosted by Bank of America Merrill Lynch
Access to Employment is an annual event aimed at bringing together disabled students from Imperial College London and the LSE with graduate and diversity recruiters from a range of industries.
The day will include information sessions covering a range of topics including:
- Disclosure
- Access to Work and Reasonable adjustments
- Specialist networking training delivered by Employ-Ability
- Non industry focused interview practice with Bank of America Merrill Lynch recruiters
- Networking and group work with diversity recruiters from a range of organisations
- ...and entertainment
Please note the interview sessions are not for recruitment purposes but to give students practice and feedback to raise confidence in an interview setting and as such will not include and industry specific questions.

This will increase so please keep an eye on this site for updates to the guest list.
Please note this event is only for students with disabilities. Any reasonable adjustments for the day will be discussed with successful candidates before the event and will be fully implemented on the day.
