IT's not just for the boys!

Apply now to attend an expenses paid event at Bloomberg's London HQ and meet the technology elite.

As part of the STEMinism UK network, TARGETjobs Events are proud to announce the 5th IT's not just for the boys! An event designed exclusively for female students in technology, e-commerce, computer science and related disciplines to find out more about careers in the technology industry.

The event is being held at Bloomberg's HQ in London on Friday 23 November 2012 and will give you the opportunity to:

  • Network with recruiters, senior figures and recent graduates from the sponsoring firms.
  • Develop your skills to be a success at applications and interviews.
  • Get the inside view of the sector from industry experts.
  • Explore the range of technology careers open to you.

All invited delegates will be sent full details and an event programme in advance of attending; however as a guide the event will run from late-morning to early evening and include:

  • Welcome and guest speaker.
  • Skills workshop with graduate recruiters.
  • Panel discussion with industry experts.
  • Networking and drinks reception.

Refreshments will be provided and a contribution towards travel expenses will be available.

Who can apply?

  • You must be a female undergraduate studying at a university in the UK or Europe.
  • You must display an interest in a technology career.
