Your chance to engage with Imperial students at our Careers Fairs in 2013

Looking for a chance to speak to Imperial College students? The Imperial Careers Advisory Service’s annual careers fairs are a great opportunity to let our students know about your internship and graduate opportunities face-to-face. The following fairs will be coming up in 2013:

Thursday 31 January - Science Careers Fair (Booking open)

The Imperial College London Science Careers Fair draws attention to the opportunities available within the science industry.

This event will provide you with the opportunity to highlight your opportunities to students from a wide range of science disciplines including Physics, Chemistry, Biosciences, Environmental Science and Medical Sciences. All year groups from the Faculties of Natural Science will be encouraged to attend, from first years to PhDs, so not only will it be a recruitment opportunity but also a profile raising occasion.

Note: The Imperial College Careers Advisory Service can offer a 60% discount on the price of attending the fair to certain UK Registered charities. Please submit your booking application and we will let you know if you are eligible for this discount.

Thursday 21 February – Internship Careers fair (Booking open)

The Internship Fair is organised by the Careers Advisory Service as a specific recruiting event for students from all disciplines.

This event is designed specifically for students seeking paid* placements and internships, providing your organisation with a superb opportunity to meet with students from all discipline areas including life sciences, physical sciences, mathematics, computer science and all areas of engineering.

Cost - £150 +VAT (FREE charity places)

• Once your booking has been accepted, we will request payment via your preferred method - invoice or credit card.

Thursday 16 May – PhD Careers Fair (Booking opens 7 January)

The PhD Fair is organised by the Careers Advisory Service as a specific recruiting event for PhD students from all disciplines.

This event is designed specifically for the PhD population at Imperial College, providing your organisation with a superb opportunity to meet with students from all discipline areas including life sciences, physical sciences, mathematics, computer science and all areas of engineering.

Thursday 13 June – Banking & Finance Careers Fair (Booking opens 21 January)

The Banking and Finance Fair is a sector specific recruitment event for banking and finance companies organised by the Careers Advisory Service.

The fair is specifically aimed at students and graduates of Imperial College interested in Banking and Finance careers, and provides you with the opportunity to engage with Imperial students and graduates about your internship and permanent graduate opportunities for 2013 whilst also addressing any outstanding immediate recruitment needs.

All year groups of students will be encouraged to attend the event from first years to PhDs, so not only will it be a recruitment opportunity but also a profile raising event.
