CO2 Sorbet Goes Down a Treat at Imperial Fringe
At the third Imperial Fringe event on the 13th December, Prof. Erich Müller entertained the crowd by creating sorbet using a fire extinguisher.
At the third Imperial Fringe event on the 13th December, which was based around food and drink science, Chemical Engineering's Prof. Erich Müller entertained the crowd by creating a rather delicious sorbet from the CO2 in a fire extinguisher.
