Making the most of your summer vacation - event for 1st year undergraduates

You will probably want a well earned rest during your first summer vacation but it is also an opportunity to begin to explore some potential career options, gain some skills and work experience.

This session will give you some ideas on how to make the most of your summer including interships, volunteering,  part time work and expeditions.  A panel of speakers will be available to give more detail on these options as well as Imperial College's UROP scheme and Charity Insight Bursaries.  There will also be time for you to ask questions and a chance to network over some refreshments at the close the evening.
