Following an earlier fault, a new release of the Best Practice app is now available on iTunes
Following an earlier urgent recall of the Best Practice iPhone and iPad app, a new release of the app is now available on iTunes. The technical issues with the display of some treatment options in the previous version, which caused BMJ to temporarily withdraw the app, have been resolved and all users should update to the new release at the earliest opportunity.
If you are a previous user, the new release should be available to you as an update and free of charge. If you do have any problems please contact BMJ Customer Services team at support@bmjgroup.com or on +44 (0) 20 7383 6270.
BMJ would like to again apologise for the technical problems which led to this temporary suspension of the Best Practice app. These issues have now been resolved and they hope that you will continue to find the app to be a useful and reliable decision support tool.
